Among our specialities made of regional products, you will we able to taste : Poirino asparagus, peppers, mushrooms, the farmyard green salad and season vegetables flans, Pianalto tenches; rabbit casseroles with herbs, the tuna rabbit, the grey rabbit from Pralormo, the frogs, white meats casseroles and lot of other recipies.
Besides, we will suggest you “agnolotti ‘d Majin”, rice with pumpkin or with mashrooms, home made “ravioli” and our pear pie.
Our fixed prices menu is € 28,00 per person usually including four hors d’oeuvres, two first courses, two second courses, dessert, coffee, with and red wines (Arneis and Barbera from Castellinaldo) and water.
If requested, with a little extra price we will prepare also piedmontese “fritto misto”, “bollito (boiled meat)”, the “polenta”, the “bagna caoda” and other tipical piedmontese dishes.
The “Ca ‘d Majin” is also the ideal place to celebrate Confirmations, Christening, Wedding, Birthdays and many other occasion in the peaceful countryside and the security of healthy food without any compromise.
